Marshall Kirkpatrick has posted an interesting comment related to my recent post on USA Today's new RSS reader: Though it is certainly important for almost all organizations to offer information in RSS format - I believe that an equally important question is "do you read RSS feeds, and if so how do you do so strategically?" As you argue here, there are only so many power users today - but there is serious competitive advantage to joining the ranks of those power users. (more...)
